My love – If words thee fail, you have two skies Please don’t let them close But should sleep forever cover your eyes Please leave me your prose
Walk slowly towards me please My heart exceeds light speeds When you are nearing infinity
Your lips come in seasons All at once Each syllable attached to luminance So much it haunts And dare I reason What each word wants?
I’m glad you are talking Like watching stars walking Stretching to infinity like they are something The twinkle in my eye you were hoping You’re the reason I am coping Your every moment I keep groping
She was an angel and he was a demon But he wanted her more than he wanted heaven
I want your breath as my nectar Dripping and sapping My tongue a collector Your favorite protector
You turn my knees to oceans My pleas to motions Sometimes so intense the notions I reach out in explosions Like SUPERNOVA the dosage
But it’s not enough I need more doses EXPANSION YET MOVING CLOSER You plow through me like a dozer But it’s not enough, I need another!! So set the clock for more exposure!
You turn me into a beast On your words I prey and feast Stay away or keep me leashed Say a prayer then call a priest Saw your face and pulse increased Heard your voice then pain decreased I love you most just not the least
My love, my horns have been blaring Double-daring, over-caring Our love I’m never sharing It won’t stop the world from staring
My love we are tethered to fate With a circle eight
We are the universe experiencing itself in poetic form I wasn’t alive until our love was born
My love, what will you do when the winds carry me to lands out of reach?
My spirit gliding past your dreams and hopes per chance for a final kiss?
What will hold your heart against the crush?
Don’t let it bury you, the rush.
Don’t let my love fade from your veins, for I will be resting between each beat.
Lifetimes of sleep.
You silence the war in my head.
Don’t fall dead.
I am still under your feet.
Even when I’m not there.
And the stars up there you see, you and me.
Do not let time callous our love.
My love, I am still here.
Mistakes come plenty.
You are still the very best of me.
Taste me in the air, on your tongue, everywhere.
Let my dust blow in the wind.
I’m still under your skin.
Death cannot erase me.
I must travel with the stars.
My love traveled 13 billion years to reach you.
Look how far.
Distance is but a scar.
My love, put the ache in a story and read it softly.
Tell me, Did heaven not swing from eternity to hear you speak? How the stars kneel before you every night just to get a peek Do comets not form from your wishes and pass you by and wink? Clouds they gather from your sighing, they cry so you can drink?
Tell me, Do seas part open their oceans when you feel you’re on the brink? When you feel lost in the open water, did the earth not share her ink? Tell me when you dreamed of love, did she ever look like me? And had you not drank my holy water, would your soul have gone extinct?
There’s something degrading about growing old Detach myself from the world and you, hit entropy, it’s cold Onward consequence leaves little to ever behold Still can’t seem to sever the switch that gives you complete control
Are they lips or avenues where my dreams can run amuck Where I travel on your roads and can never get enough Are they words or are they spells teaching me how to conduct Are they pieces of a puzzle made for me to now construct?
Are they eyes or vivid skies the way they sparkle when I’m by Or just a cloud for me to ride when my hope is running dry Are they tears or is it rain singing me a lullaby A double rainbow passing through changing sorrow to a sigh?
There are mountains crumbling inside of me Boulders sun-warmed from your thick voice Moss-covered limbs reaching for your skies Cobbles and pebbles charged from your breath and lightening You belong in these darkened caves Mining for affection You are a Thunder God shaking my core I rattle from longing Round me up as bedrock for your feet Walk all over me Take these stones and build your kingdom I fall for you Like a gentle slope bowing Climb these craggy edges Claim your territory I hunger for you Like a century-long thirst Come feel my rivers rush The way I gush for your tongue
She comes hard around the edges Never smooth like Vaseline Her heart was made with vines among thick hedges Growing thorns from things she’d seen How she traces every inch of his ledges Flourishing just like a queen There are secrets leaking from sworn pledges Lies and blood are guaranteed
Do you ever read something and feel like it’s written just for you? Do you live in the words and get in trouble when you do? Are they in front of you yet completely out of reach? Does every syllable leave you without speech?
Have you ever opened up yourself to truth? Did it leave you jaded and tearing through your youth? Do you cling to love even if it makes you bleed? Does he understand he’s the only thing I need?
Do you take a step even if the timings wrong? Does it weaken you even when you’re strong? Do your fantasies ever turn into belief? Does reality always turn to grief?
You know that feeling when someone is watching you? And so you turn your head and catch someone staring a hole through you? Now move that into the virtual world and include ghosting. I can’t quantify or verify with absolute proof, but I swear he’s burning a hole straight through the fabric of my soul. We’re in hell, so I can’t turn around but I feel him on my back. And I leave him clues in my words. I live in his words. And I have a brain injury so sometimes I can’t separate fantasy from reality. And I don’t care anymore. Love Is Love. (And I stare a hole through his existence too. I feelhim).Tethered.
” I always feel like somebody’s watching me / like I’m part of their property..”
Be tender with my will Craters have formed from the impact of your words They crush and pulverize How deep do my crevices go? Their corridors are dark And fill with regolith I tremble with aftershocks As your words settle into the cold My bones hold worries unknown My smooth surface eroding from longing I’d let you hide in my depths Come and go with the shadows See how the light races around my hole It falls into aches and covers the night with hope I am longing to find you there Your words move quicker than light-speed I am hollow, penetrate me Watch how the dust settles There’s a glimmer of destiny there Satisfaction Unison We belong together Like orbits decaying Feel the pull Shake me The more you resist, the harder I tug Inevitability Had you not found me when you did My darkness might have perished forever You sheltered me from death By breaking me apart And then you assembled me into fragments and shards of fate And now I must find myself Aching is need of life More pieces Of you You’ve fallen everywhere Our dust glitters I am everywhere you look now Finally together Ice rings form around my shell A promise ring of forever Or a chastity belt of no escape Trapped in the eternal I was waiting here in the dark yet still I was found Bound, now in the ever Look at your creations Beautiful disasters Wait here awhile Cover me in your eternity
